The Group Has Three Main Objectives:

  1. Provide you with the tools, resources, and guidance you need to unlock your true potential and start achieving greatness.
  2. Assist with gaining self-awareness and discover their strengths, values, and passions.
  3. Help create a supportive community of like-minded women who can learn from each other’s experiences and support each other on their personal growth journeys.

CLASS SCHEDULE

The S.E.E Group runs weekly on Thursdays from 7:00PM – 9:00PM via a secure virtual platform. A minimum commitment of 13 sessions (approximately 3 months) is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients will be charged if they are a no-show to a group session. An absence is considered a no-show if less than 48 hours’ notice is given.

FEE SCHEDULE

Fees are $125 per 2-hour group session, payable via credit card that will be set on autopayment.

2-3 reduced rate slots available each 13 week cycle

Mindfulness Groups

 

Coming Soon!  Mindfulness Groups will be 60 minute long groups, meant to focus on being in the present moment with nonjudgmental attention.  This group allows you a comfortable space with peers to gain the skills necessary to incorporate in your daily life.  Each week different topics will be covered such as various mindfulness activities, history of mindfulness, open processing with the groups, etc.
